Zusammenfassung

Die TMC TRUST MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS GmbH sucht einen Manager Robotics, der die Segmentstrategie Robotics definiert und implementiert. Hauptaufgabe ist die Entwicklung und Leitung der Robotics‑Division mit strategischen, operativen und administrativen Aufgaben.

Sie verfügen über eine solide akademische Ausbildung im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (Robotik, Elektrik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar) sowie Kenntnisse der Automobil- bzw. robotiknahen Industrie.

Qualifikationen

• Solider akademischer Hintergrund in Ingenieurwesen (Robotik, Elektrik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar) oder gleichwertige Erfahrung.
• Kenntnisse der Automobil- bzw. robotiknahen Industrie von Vorteil.
• Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, analytisches Denken und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.

Aufgaben

• Definition und Implementierung der Segmentstrategie Robotics.
• Entwicklung und Leitung der Robotics-Division; strategische, operative und administrative Aufgaben.

The Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a Manager Robotics to define and implement the segment strategy robotics. The main task would be the development and management of the robotics division including strategical, operational and administrative tasks.

The Candidate: (m/f/d)

The successful contender should have a solid academic (ideally Dipl.- Ing.) background in engineering (robotics, electrical, mechanical, material science) or equivalent experience. The future incumbent should have gained knowledge of the automotive and/or robotics-related industry. Excellent interpersonal as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills should be basics.
