Agile Robots SE in Munich seeks a Technical Lead (m/f/d) for Robotics & AI Software to own and accelerate critical customer projects. You will diagnose cross-domain issues—from hardware to AI models—steering technical direction and shaping the platform roadmap with sales and management.
You will coach engineers, drive real deployments, and represent technical decisions to customers and partners, while aligning field learnings with product strategy and a pragmatic, decisive leadership style.
At the heart of our offering is a versatile software platform for orchestrating complex robotic systems, from industrial robot arms and mobile manipulators to humanoids. We bring it into real production environments with international customers and delivery partners, often in applications nobody has automated before.
As Technical Lead, you are one of the people we turn to when it matters most. When a critical project hits a wall, whether the problem is technical, organizational, or both, you step in, get to the root of it, and get it back on track. You work at the staff level alongside product and project management, and your judgment shapes what we build: which problems the platform solves next, how projects are scoped, and where the technical boundaries lie.
A dynamic high-tech company, combined with financial soundness and world-class investors.
Join an interdisciplinary, international team with 60+ different nationalities in a collaborative work environment.
Lots of development opportunities as we continue to grow.
Challenging tasks and impactful projects alongside experts that enable professional and personal growth.
Corporate Benefits Program covering health, mobility, and learning for 100€ net per month.
Modern office facilities with a rooftop terrace overlooking Munich, free drinks & fruits, and regular company events contribute to a good working environment
