You will lead a team that maintains safety, efficiency, and high quality, while managing projects across our network to drive productivity.

• Analyze and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity
• Manage projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity, and enhance customer service quality
• Monitor shift performance against business objectives and implement improvements
• Collaborate with management colleagues to standardize shift practices

A day in the life

You will work night shifts at one of our sites, focusing on productivity, safety, and quality standards. Your role includes overseeing process improvements, managing routine operations, and mentoring new managers. The day will be varied, involving team management, operational tasks, and process improvements.

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) handles heavy items like furniture and large appliances, managing supply chain fulfillment, delivery, and returns. We focus on safety, productivity, and innovation, expanding our fulfillment centers and delivery stations across the UK and Europe. Grundqualifikationen
