1. Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
2. Responsibility for the hotel and safety
3. No-show handling
4. Creating statistics
5. Handling complaints
6. Upselling
7. Preparing daily financial closing
8. Training and coaching new talents

Qualifications:

1. Completed training in hospitality or experience at the reception
2. Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software
3. Excellent German and good English skills
