New Products Planner (all genders)

Your role

We are passionate about creating products that promote health and well-being. As a part of our Demand Planning team, your role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. • You are responsible for forecasting deviations, trends, and seasonalities for new products.
• You plan to maintain the balance between supply and demand in terms of capacity and inventories for finished goods.
• You coordinate and plan raw material orders with the purchasing department and planning department.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient available inventory and analyzing target/actual deviations.
• You will coordinate with different stakeholders, including purchasing, marketing, operations, production, and quality teams.
• Your goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.

Your profile

• University degree in Economics, Business management with focus on Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.
• You have ideally gained 2 years of professional experience in the field of Product Planning and have a basic knowledge of forecasting and inventory management principles.
• You bring familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or planning tools (MRP/MPS) and you are proficient in Excel and Project Management tools.
• Very good communication skills and a strong ability to react flexibly to different workloads in an international, agile work environment with diverse teams.
• Problem solver with an independent work behavior, a positive mindset, and innovative thinking.
