Zusammenfassung

Ein führendes Unternehmen im E-Commerce sucht einen Senior New Key Account Manager, der für die Akquise und das Management von Tier-1-Marken verantwortlich ist. In dieser Rolle entwickeln Sie Strategien zur Umsatzsteigerung und arbeiten mit internen und externen Führungskräften zusammen, um den Erfolg von Marken zu optimieren. Sie sollten über umfangreiche Erfahrung im B2B-Bereich, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und komplexe Verhandlungskompetenzen verfügen.

Qualifikationen

  • Fließend in Deutsch, Italienisch & Englisch (C1 mindestens).
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Verhandlungen.
  • Erfahrung im Übertreffen von Verkaufszielen.

Our vision is to make Amazon the best place for third-party Sellers of all sizes to grow and serve customers, leveraging world-class tools and services. The Senior New Key Account Manager will establish and own key Seller relationships with top-tier companies to identify, evaluate, and drive their ultimate success. Serving as the face of Amazon Fashion, you will lead discussions with internal and external leaders to optimize the growth of leading industry brands. You will develop mechanisms to overcome blockers and navigate the intersection between Seller goals, Amazon Fashion priorities, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have B2B and B2C experience, excellent communication skills, go-to-market experience, and the ability to drive programmatic success at scale.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Strategic Growth & Account Management
  • Acquire a new Tier 1 brand for Amazon (incl. Cold Calling)
  • Drive growth for complex, high-value accounts
  • Develop and implement account strategies and joint business plans
  • Launch and scale high-profile sellers
  • Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships
  • Stakeholder Management & Leadership
    • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across organizations
    • Coach and develop team members
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration
    • Manage escalation paths effectively
  • Business Planning & Execution
    • Own strategic planning and performance tracking
    • Contribute to business reviews and strategy documents
    • Execute strategic initiatives
    • Ensure delivery of business commitments
    Grundqualifikationen
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent
    • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
    • Fluent in German, Italian & English (written & spoken), C1 minimum
    • Complex negotiation skills in Sellers' native languages of German and Italian or English
    Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
    • Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level
