We are currently looking for a talented Business or Marketing Graduate Profile to join our 3 Year Boston Scientific Graduate Rotation Program.

This hybrid role will be based out of our Dusseldorf, Germany office and starts in October 2024.

The three-year rotation program takes you on a learning adventure through three different divisions and functions. It enables you to develop your technical knowledge in functions such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Management or Analytics.

The program gives you a deep understanding of our business and company values as well as helping you create your unique network that will help you kick start your career.

About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing / Business Graduate to join our Interventional Cardiology. The core objective of this role is to support the Watchman product franchise in achieving their set goals and objectives. This graduate will support the achievement of business growth through focused market / competitive analysis and the development of a tactical marketing plan in coordination with the sales and marketing organization.

This position will provide an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing, working on meaningful projects such as the contribute to plan for key events like EHRA, EuroPCR, LAAC Summit 2025 and Electrophysiology Referral Activation Program.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Market Development : Assisting in the OPTION launch and monitoring execution of local market strategies
• Contribute to FLX PRO and Versacross Connect launch while also supporting the creation of cross divisional deals with Electrophysiology.
• Commercial excellence : ensure launch of SHARP training for Watchman is executed through qualitative KPIs to drive the change to a commercially savvy organization.
• Supporting the team with analytics in co-operation with the digital team

What are we looking for in you :

• Bachelor or Masters in Science, Business or Marketing Degree.
• Fluency in German & English (C1 minimum)
• Desire to execute with hands-on mindset
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Results oriented taking on accountability
• Flexible and able to adapt to fast moving business environment
• Ability to communicate, network and partner with a variety of stakeholders at different levels in the company
• An internship in marketing / product management is an additional plus.
