New Business Account Executive DACH Enterprise

Why we need this role
We are creating a new business role within our DACH enterprise team. You will be supported by a dedicated business development team handling outreach and lead generation, allowing you to focus on engaging senior decision-makers, building trust, and orchestrating solutions that deliver real business outcomes.
What you will be doing
- Lead strategic sales engagements with large enterprise prospects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Reignite and grow underutilized or dormant accounts through tailored, consultative approaches.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
- Drive solution-based sales across Colt’s portfolio, including networking, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional virtual teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales execution.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies.
What we're looking for
- Proven success in new business development and enterprise solution sales.
- Experience selling into large German enterprises, preferably in telecom, IT services, or digital infrastructure.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.
- A strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering customer outcomes.
- A self-starter attitude with a hunter mentality and a drive to succeed.

Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
