A global telecommunications provider is seeking a Business Development Manager in Frankfurt to lead strategic sales engagements and build relationships with enterprise clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise solution sales, be fluent in German and English, and possess strong consultative skills. A new business role in our DACH enterprise team. You’ll be supported by a dedicated business development team that handles outreach and lead generation—freeing you to focus on what you do best : engaging senior decision-makers, building trust, and orchestrating high-impact solutions that deliver real business outcomes.
What you will be doing
Lead strategic sales engagements with large enterprise prospects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Reignite and grow underutilized or dormant accounts through tailored, consultative approaches.
Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
Drive solution-based sales across Colt’s portfolio, including networking, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver seamless pre- and post-sales execution.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies.
What we're looking for
Recent and relevant success in new business development and enterprise solution sales.
Experience selling into large German enterprises, ideally in telecom, IT services, or digital infrastructure.
Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.A strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering customer outcomes.
A self-starter attitude with a hunter mentality and a drive to win.
