Our client is a global leader in non-invasive neurosurgical treatments. The company is dedicated to improving patient lives by collaborating with physicians, medical institutions, academic researchers, and regulatory bodies around the world.

They are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to cover Eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East. In the future, as it becomes commercially justified, additional countries shall be added (e.g., Africa, Central Asia, etc.). This is a full-time, home office-based position preferably with easy access to a major airport in Europe.

The position is responsible for marketing & sales plans in the region, mainly accountable for sales revenues, leading regulatory and reimbursement processes, and developing business collaborations with partners in the territory.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least 5 years in sales of capital medical devices in the region
  • Neurosurgery market experience preferred
  • Experience developing sales channels via distributors
  • Confident negotiation, good attention to detail, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Result-driven with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Good time-management and interpersonal skills

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define regional business goals and build a pipeline of opportunities
  • Manage relations with partners (distributors, GE, Siemens)
  • Set sales goals with partners and ensure implementation
  • Develop sales strategies for products UF, Neuro, Oncology/Bone
  • Follow up on sales execution plans and update reporting tools
  • Develop relationships with business partners and ensure revenue goals
  • Achieve company goals in treatments and site development
  • Collaborate with marketing to define and customize plans and tools

Reimbursement and Regulatory:

  • Lead reimbursement process and strategy
  • Work with stakeholders to obtain support
  • Support VP regulatory in regulatory plan implementation
