Job Overview
The primary role is Data Entry Specialist: responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data in the systems (Microsoft Platform) and ensuring that it is accessible and reliable for other departments. The secondary role is Networks & Systems Specialist: responsible for creating and implementing IT networks for the PMO. The candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure data integrity, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, with a passion for working with numbers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification is preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies for complex projects.
- Proficiency in communication in Polish and English, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments requiring team coordination.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and operational needs.
- Knowledge of government contracting environment, management/business plans, and reporting is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- Motivated, self-improved, with strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management software.
- Familiarity with data processing tools like Microsoft tools, SQL, Google Sheets, or CRMs.
- Preferable experience with Microsoft D365, PowerPlatform, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and related M365 workloads, including integration with Power Apps and data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Accurate and efficient data entry into various systems and databases, including integration with Power Platform solutions.
- Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain data integrity and security.
- Monitor and record received data and source documents.
- Verify data accuracy before entry.
- Respond to data inquiries from departments or clients.
- Meet deadlines efficiently.
- Create reports and data sets as required.
- Provide business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (preferable).
- Develop and support custom CRM Power Apps (preferable).
- Utilize Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools for collaboration.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online developments.
- Plan, estimate, and manage work, reporting progress.
- Document work for team knowledge sharing, including technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Secondary: On-site support for AGL Networks & Systems Team, including installing/configuring network equipment, troubleshooting, resolving network issues, and monitoring system performance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
