Qualifikationen

Your responsibilities

• Planning, setting up, operating, monitoring and further developing the Group's SD-WAN / SD-Access network infrastructure
• Ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems (firewalls, routers, switches, gateways, WLAN etc.)
• Analyzing and resolving network infrastructure problems
• Processing service requests and changes for the network infrastructure area
• Documenting the entire processing procedure

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable training with IT expertise
• Sound knowledge of network and infrastructure topics, such as firewalling, routing and switching, quality of service, VPN
• Experience in configuration and operation of network components from the manufacturer Cisco (e.g. Cisco CCNA or comparable)
• Analytical skills to grasp and implement complex tasks
• Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting, ability to work in a team and independent work organisation
• Willingness to be on call regularly
• Good knowledge of English, German knowledge is an advantage
