Your mission
  • Develop and optimize ad-hoc and mesh networking protocols for UAV swarm communication
  • Design and implement low-latency, high-reliability wireless communication architectures
  • Work with MANET (Mobile Ad-hoc Networks), VANET, and FANET (Flying Ad-hoc Networks)
  • Ensure secure, interference-resistant, and encrypted UAV-to-UAV (V2V) and UAV-to-Ground (V2G) links
  • Implement multi-hop routing, load balancing, and network redundancy mechanisms
  • Optimize protocols for edge computing and real-time AI inference in UAV networks
Your profile
  • 3+ years experience in network protocol development for wireless, mesh, or ad-hoc systems
  • Strong expertise in networking stacks (TCP/IP, UDP, QUIC, gRPC, ZeroMQ, DDS, ROS2)
  • Proficiency in C, C++, Rust, or Python for high-performance network applications
  • Experience with wireless communication standards (5G, LoRa, WiFi 6, mmWave, SDR)
  • Knowledge of network security (end-to-end encryption, cryptographic authentication, anti-jamming techniques)
  • Understanding of low-power, high-efficiency networking for distributed UAV swarms
