Who We’re Looking For:
As a Technical Product Expert (Subject Matter Expert), you will be responsible for providing demos, advanced technical support and domain expertise to our European customers. Your role will involve helping our customers troubleshoot complex 4G and 5G network issues across RAN, CORE, and IMS domains with the use of the platform.
In addition, you may from time-to-time support our sales team with customer demos and technical discussions. You must have experience with tools such as Wireshark, NetScout, Viavi, Elisa-Polystar, Ericsson and Radcom.
You must be deeply knowledgeable in the analysis of PCAP files.
