Zusammenfassung

K&K Talents is seeking a Network Field Support for a client in Germany. You will install and mount network devices in data center racks, perform cabling, and act as the on-site remote hands and feet resource for the GNOC.

You will coordinate with Operations, Project Managers and global stakeholders, maintain installation documentation, and ensure compliance with site procedures and safety rules. Applicants must have German work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with data center network hardware and basic diagnostics.
• Ability to mount devices in rack cabinets and perform cable management.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across locations.

Aufgaben

• Support troubleshooting activities by connecting laptops to network devices.
• Establish management access to devices for remote GNOC engineers.
• Execute basic diagnostic and verification commands.
• Report device status and troubleshooting findings to remote teams.
• Assist with network hardware replacements, migrations, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Operations Teams, Project Managers, and technical stakeholders across global delivery centers.
• Maintain installation documentation and adhere to customer site procedures and safety requirements.

• Support troubleshooting activities by:
• Connecting laptops to network devices.
• Establishing management access to devices for remote GNOC engineers.
• Executing basic diagnostic and verification commands.
• Reporting device status and troubleshooting findings to remote teams.
• Assist with network hardware replacements, migrations, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate effectively with Operations Teams, Project Managers, and technical stakeholders located across global delivery centers.
• Maintain installation documentation and adhere to customer site procedures and safety requirements.
