Responsibilities:

• Provide network and security support for internal and customer environments, ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage escalations from junior engineers, resolving complex tickets and network issues.
• Support and maintain Cisco infrastructure and firewalls, with a focus on Palo Alto technologies.
• Contribute to the stability and security of data center operations.
• Collaborate on projects to improve and optimize network performance.

Skills/Must have:

• Operating at a CCNA/CCNP level with proven experience in Cisco networking.
• Strong firewall expertise, ideally with Palo Alto.
• Experience with Linux systems is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with clients.

Salary:

• €50,000-65,000 salary per annum
