Network Engineer II

Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior network engineer to own architecture across switching, routing, wireless, and security, including voice systems. You will lead design reviews for changes and net-new implementations and act as Tier 3 escalation for major incidents.

You will drive tool and vendor evaluations, mentor engineers, and participate in security reviews and compliance. Travel and on-call rotations may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of progressive network engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with voice/telephony platforms (VoIP, SIP trunking, UCaaS, or contact center solutions).
• Experience with Aruba switching/wireless, Palo Alto firewalls, Fortinet, Auvik, and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Healthcare-related experience preferred.
• MSP experience preferred.

• Coordinate with Systems Engineering on integration points between network and systems.
• Manage strategic ISP and telecom vendor relationships.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Travel occasionally to practice sites, if needed.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the organization's mission.
