Since we started our journey to build a world class, no nonsense 4X4, we’ve come a long way. We’ve established INEOS Automotive as a serious contender in vehicle development and manufacturing. We’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We’ve made our way from vision to prototype. We’ve secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We’ve delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We’re building our double cab pick up, the Quartermaster.

People and Culture

Easy never changed anything. Not in manufacturing, science, engineering or energy – and certainly not elite sport. At INEOS we tackle every challenge head-on, and we help extraordinary athletes achieve extraordinary things. When it comes to making positive change, we know nothing gets done without grit, rigour and humour. Our Automotive team consists of around 1500 employees, across 10 locations and 44 nationalities. We’re an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.

The Role

The Network Development Manager will be responsible for all related Network Development activities for dealerships in Europe (>70 retailers). These activities include sourcing, establishment, performance management and brand compliance reinforcement of INEOS Grenadier dealerships. This role requires focus on implementing and managing market strategy by completing all necessary dealer recruiting and establishment documentation requirements, evaluating dealer metrics and data, and conducting in-store brand compliance reviews. Additionally, the role involves supporting and guiding dealer personnel to achieve joint success.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Execute and support the Grenadier Network and Sales strategy, collaborating with the Dealer Network to implement our joint strategic vision.
  • Develop, evolve, and manage close working relationships with dealership staff & field teams.
  • Research, identify, and build relationships with potential new dealer partners in key market areas.
  • Establish business models and ways of working with dealer partners to achieve KPIs through training, coaching, and benchmarking. Challenge the status quo to obtain operational excellence.
  • Own and maintain key Business Partner data in SAP system.
  • Maintain standards compliance tool Monitrr for key performance indicators.
  • Provide support to the Sales Operations Manager on market data, intelligence, dealer performance coaching, and sentiment.
  • Ensure understanding of global and local policies to drive network compliance and performance.
  • Audit dealers for compliance with Grenadier processes and standards, and develop action plans as part of performance management.
  • Be detail-oriented, capable of data analysis, and exercise good judgment.
What we are looking for:
  • European dealership and automotive franchise experience; automotive product launch or startup experience.
  • Proven history (5+ years) working in an international business environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and customer experience sentiment. IT literacy (presentations and Office suite) and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to prioritize and work towards tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and self-motivation.
  • Relationship building and communication skills.
