We are working with a renowned IT Service Provider for the Healthcare sector in Germany. They are actively looking to strengthen their networks & security team across the South of Germany. The role will give you exposure to a number of different network environments where you will be providing network support along with varied network projects

The position involves configuring, managing, and monitoring routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as overseeing server installations in the data center. Ideal candidates will have a background in computer science or a related discipline and excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage and monitor routers, switches, and firewalls across various sites
• Lead the implementation of new systems and execute structural changes within the IT infrastructure.
• Handle server installations, configurations, and administration within the data center.
• Ensure adherence to company standards in IT infrastructure and applications.
• Provide expert guidance and serve as a point of contact for other company locations.

Skills/Must have:

• Solid experience in Windows server administration
• Extensive experience in managing complex network infrastructures, particularly with HPE/Aruba or Extreme Networks or Cisco devices
• Firewalling experience

Salary:

• €45,000-60,000 salary per annum
