Finance Senior Functional Consultant – ERP

We’re working with a growing organization that is looking to hire a Finance Senior Functional Consultant to join their in-house ERP team. This is a key position for someone with strong functional knowledge of financial processes and ERP systems who is eager to drive improvements, support business users, and ensure system solutions align with operational goals.

Role Overview :

You will act as the main point of contact between Finance teams and IT, supporting the design, rollout, and ongoing enhancement of the ERP system. This includes process analysis, system configuration, issue resolution, and user training. The role is based on-site, offering hands-on collaboration with key stakeholders across Finance and wider business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather and translate finance business requirements into ERP system solutions
• Support and maintain core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.)
• Lead workshops, user training, and testing activities
• Work with internal and external technical teams to deliver system improvements
• Identify process gaps and support automation and optimization initiatives
• Act as SME for finance-related ERP matters and ensure compliance with accounting standards]

What We’re Looking For :

• 5+ years’ experience as a functional consultant or business analyst within ERP (Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or process reengineering
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work on-site and closely with business users
• Fluent German required
