This is an active-duty role for a Psychiatrist to become a Medical Corps Officer in the Navy.

Location: Full-Time in person position. Not a remote or telemedicine position. Nationwide.

Annual Compensation:$300,000 to $350,000

Responsibilities:The Psychiatrists functions as part of an interdisciplinary mental health team, which consists of other psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, peer support specialists and clinical mental health pharmacists.In this role, you will offer comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions. Using psychotherapy, medication management, and crisis intervention, you’ll support service members’ psychological well-being in various settings, including operational, hospital, and outpatient environments.They ensure service members and their loved ones maintain emotional well-being during difficult times.
