Job summary

Teyon is seeking a creative Narrative Designer to shape engaging storylines, write believable dialogue, and craft memorable characters for a new action-survival game on PC and consoles. You will turn narrative ideas into gameplay-connected experiences and work closely with a seasoned team of developers.

Required are strong English writing skills, Polish language proficiency, and the ability to accept feedback while meeting tight deadlines.

About Teyon

Teyon is an experienced game development studio with numerous titles to its credit, including RoboCop: Rogue City, Terminator: Resistance, and RENNSPORT. We have over 150 employees, and apart from Krakow, we are also located in Łódź, Warsaw, and even Tokyo.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative Narrative Designer who knows how to shape engaging storylines, create believable characters, and write compelling dialogue. Someone who understands how storytelling works in games and can turn narrative ideas into experiences that feel natural, memorable, and closely connected to gameplay.

Duties

• Creating quest scenarios, character descriptions, and dialogues.
• Working with the team to fulfill the narrative vision.
• Implementing text using narrative tools.
• Creating and maintaining clear narrative documentation for internal and external teams.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of the games industry and current gaming trends.
