• Evaluate key stages of the guest experience including: Check-in process, Bar service, Dinner in the restaurant, Room service dessert, Breakfast, Public facilities and overall atmosphere
• Dine with at least one additional person during the stay
• Discreetly observe staff behavior, service quality, and professionalism
• Mention a pretend allergy during interactions to evaluate how staff handle guest requests
• Avoid accepting complimentary upgrades
• Take photos throughout the visit

Reporting Requirements

• Keep all itemised receipts for the room, bar, and restaurant purchases
