  • Demonstrated experience structuring ambiguous client questions and leading complex engagements from scoping through delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance and/or banking sector and the ability to connect physical climate risk insights with client‑specific risk management and business decisions.
  • Deep understanding of physical climate risk, financial impact quantification or a closely related domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to challenge technical outputs and translate complex content into clear, actionable and audience‑appropriate recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior client and internal audiences.
  • Commercial awareness and experience supporting business development and sales, including proposals, client acquisition and solution design.
  • A proactive, collaborative and self‑directed working style, with the ability to create structure, take ownership and drive topics forward across organisational boundaries.
