We’re looking for a Multilingual Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Information Department. You will be responsible for providing high-quality Medical Information service via phone and email following full training on designated clients/products. Candidates should be able to speak and write at C1 level in both German and English. The role is offered on a full-time, fully remote basis.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Answering technical questions received by phone, letter, email, and fax regarding designated products in an accurate, confident, and professional manner.
• Complying with specific Working Practices as agreed with clients.
• Recognizing adverse events and defective product reports, handling, and reporting them in strict compliance with ProPharma SOPs and WPs.
• Translating documents between English and the target language, delivering responses via phone or in writing, and conducting quality checks.
• Using standard responses to prepare medical information correspondence or liaising with the Medical Information Support Services (MISS) department to generate responses.
• Logging all inquiries accurately, comprehensively, and promptly.
• Managing confidential information in line with Data Privacy regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and professional guidelines related to medical information provision.
• Performing quality checks on adverse events, product quality complaints, and correspondence to ensure accuracy.

Who We’re Looking For

This role suits someone familiar with call center environments, eager to expand their knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, or a recent graduate starting a career in life sciences. A completed degree in pharmacy or a related life science field is required.
