We are searching multilingual talents like YOU for our excellent Customer Service Team!

Become a Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our service team at Concentrix Berlin and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for one of the world’s biggest, most well-known, and leading social media companies.

Working within our friendly and supportive team, you will:

  • provide support to advertisers and agencies (SMBs) for various queries generated via different communication channels such as phone, chat, and email.
  • offer pre- and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products.
  • provide product and tool support to enhance our clients' experience.
  • use tools and systems to identify customers' issues addressed in their raised queries.
  • escalate the client's problems to the corresponding groups for resolution.
  • resolve customer issues in a timely manner, proactively communicate progress to clients, and proactively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions.
  • maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand.

Your Skills:

  • Having online advertising experience is a big plus for you.
  • It is desired that you have prior experience working in a service organization.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are fluent, both verbally and in written form, in the language you applied for at a C1 level, and have a minimum B2 level in English.
  • You are familiar with social media platforms and actively use them.
  • You have familiarity with online advertising products and vendors.
  • You have the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • You are a fast learner and a diligent worker.
  • €2,500 gross monthly salary / €30,000* gross annual salary.
  • Home office in Germany**
  • Your work equipment will be provided by us.
  • 6 weeks paid online training and ongoing coaching.
