Hauptaufgaben auf einen Blick

1. Driving the continuous improvement and optimization of internal test management, including the development of test concepts, creation of test plans, and execution of tests.
2. Coordinating resources and overseeing all testing activities within Dynamics 365 projects.
3. Establishing and managing test processes and quality management guidelines to ensure high standards.
4. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration with local key users, internal teams, and external partners.
5. Planning, coordinating, and tracking developments within the ERP environment, including change requests and bug fixes.
6. Supporting 2nd level operations and contributing to the creation of comprehensive process and system documentation.

Voraussetzungen für ein passendes Match

• Several years of experience in software test management, ideally with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and evaluation, with confident use of tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of business processes and the full software development lifecycle.
• Skilled in designing well-founded test cases based on detailed process flows.
• Structured and independent working style paired with strong analytical thinking.
• Good English skills, with a passion for working in international teams; willingness to travel is a plus.
