Qualifikationen

  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb/Business Development, vorzugsweise im Bereich Pro AV oder IT.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Key Accounts und Systemintegratoren.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu verstehen und Lösungen zu realisieren.

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung von Marktstrategien für die subvertikalen Bereiche.
  • Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Betreuung bestehender Kunden.

B2B Solutions is a venture within LG Electronics incorporating the business groups of Information Displays. LG’s Vertical Sales and Marketing organization has a mission to improve the penetration of LG B2B Solutions in the strategic European verticals by providing total wholistic offerings to the local or international customers. The BDM will focus on to developing the Go to Market strategy for the Retail/Corporate/Education sub verticals being responsible for sales growth and profitability targeting of existing and prospective new customers across Europe either directly or via vertically specialized system integrators.


  • Analyse, segment and target untapped market areas of the sub-vertical.
  • Define the ecosystem and the stakeholders of the target key customers and develop activities to increase the customer base in her/his sub-vertical either directly or by vertical specialized system integrators or value added resellers.
  • Identify new demand in the assigned vertical sub-industries by key account management and vertical ecosystem partners’ networking.
  • Develop a customer offering based on the internal portfolio of LG, but also on external components and services with partnership that can make LG offering more competitive
  • Support and guide the country sales organizations to penetrate locally his/her sub vertical by providing presentations, market data and trainings.
  • Define the activity plan to increase presence of LG in the industry events either directly or via partners.
  • Delivers weekly update on activity and opportunity forecast. Follows up on Business Plan and several execution targets. Reports monthly on account development.
  • Utilize the Salesforce system to keep track of the activities for the opportunities in which he/she works and provide transparent reporting to the all internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with logistics and service department to follow up or develop processes in order to maintain a high service level and customer satisfaction during sales execution and after sales.
  • Role can be located in home office/office and depending on candidate profile in one of the other 2 major cities, but is required 50% travelling. The role reports directly to the German Sales Director, located in Eschborn, Germany


  • 3 to 5 years' business development / international sales experience in the Retail/Corporate/Education vertical, preferably in Pro AV, IT or Hardware System Solutions with LED or Displays in functions of Business Development, Key Account Management, Pre-Sales
  • Bachelor in Business Administration Bachelor, Marketing or other related field. MBA can be of added value
  • Strategic acumen and ability to understand and adapt to the B2B ecosystem (VAR, SI and End Customer) of his sub-vertical
  • Analytical skills and able to articulate complex issues and solutions with concrete actions and measurable results
  • Innovative and out of the box thinker
  • Able to build trustful relationships in C-level
