This leading services organization is seeking to expand their Move Management team in Germany. The Move Coordinator will manage relocations from start to finish, ensuring high levels of customer service.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing moves from inquiry to completion
  2. Maintaining accurate client records and timely data entry
  3. Assisting clients proactively with queries and information gathering
  4. Resolving potential issues promptly and efficiently
  5. Sharing innovative ideas to improve quality
  6. Building and maintaining good relationships with team members, departments, subcontractors, and suppliers
  7. Responding to inter-departmental queries promptly and courteously
  8. Ensuring all relevant documentation is shared and communicated effectively with all parties involved
  9. Providing seamless backup support to team members to ensure client satisfaction
  10. Upholding company values and acting ethically and honestly
  11. Supporting team activities and fostering goodwill
