In our dynamic environment, you have the freedom to manage and execute your projects and ideas from start to finish. Your ability to make decisions independently and solve problems proactively is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and optimizing structures and processes within the marketing unit
• Acting as the interface for various stakeholders (agencies, management)
• Main contact for service providers
• Active partner management and maintaining contacts (agencies and freelancers)
• Contributing innovative marketing ideas within the team
• Leading projects
• Preparing and conducting workshops & training
• Challenging and analyzing marketing campaigns and strategies
• Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting marketing campaigns based on relevant KPIs
• Creating templates (reporting, influencer sedcards, briefings, case studies, learnings, KPI setting)
• Developing social media strategies and deriving measures for other communication channels
• Launching and managing national and international marketing campaigns (DACH)
• Preparing and delivering presentations
• Creating briefs for media agencies
• Analyzing reports
