Aufgaben

• Создавайте качественную моушн-графику, графический дизайн и видеоконтент для соцсетей.
• Монтаж коротких форматов видео, Reels, Stories, рекламы, интервью, материалов с мероприятий, брендированного контента.
• Превращать сырье в отобранные видеоролики, ориентированные на соцсети.
• Анимация статичных дизайнов, ключевых визуалов, типографики и материалов кампаний.
• Создание контента для Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram и др.
• Адаптация контента под несколько брендов и форматов.
• Добавление сабов, звукового оформления, музыки, переходов и эффектов.
• Сотрудничество с менеджерами соцсетей для перевода трендов и брифов в контент.
• Создание быстрой реактивной и трендовой соцконтент
• Обеспечение ярких крючков, динамики, повествования, читаемости и мобайл-ориентированности
• Одновременное управление несколькими проектами и брендами
• Оставаться в курсе трендов соцсетей, видеомонтажа, моушн-дизайна и AI-креатива

• Create high-quality motion graphics, graphic design, and video content for social media
• Edit short-form videos, reels, stories, ads, interviews, event footage, and branded content
• Turn raw footage into polished, engaging social-first videos
• Animate static designs, key visuals, typography, illustrations, and campaign assets
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram, and other digital channels
• Adapt content across multiple brands, industries, platforms, formats, and dimensions
• Add subtitles, sound design, music, transitions, effects, and other post-production elements
• Work with Social Media Managers to translate trends, briefs, and creative ideas into content
• Create fast-turnaround reactive and trend-based social content
• Ensure strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, readability, and mobile-first execution
• Manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously
• Stay current with social media, video editing, motion design, and AI creative trends

Требования:

• 4+ Years of professional experience in Motion Design
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both motion design and video editing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent understanding of animation, typography, composition, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Strong understanding of short-form and social-first video
• Experience editing different types of footage and content
• Ability to work across very different brands and visual identities
• Ability to take ownership of projects from brief through final delivery
• Comfortable working independently in a remote contractor environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
• Experience using AI tools for creative ideation, editing, or production
• Good written and spoken English
• Candidates who cannot take constructive feedback, handle stress and pressure, embody the company’s core values, or commit to an all-in mentality should not apply
• Nice to have: experience in entertainment, gaming, sports, lifestyle, or other fast-moving consumer industries
