Требуется минимум 2 года опыта, умение работать с AI‑инструментами, понимание перформанс‑маркетинга, а также готовность работать в условиях экспериментов. Удаленная работа приветствуется, гибкий график и возможность быстрого карьерного роста.

Qualifikationen

• Опыт создания рекламных видео для мобильных приложений, веб‑продуктов или SaaS.
• Уверенное использование современных AI‑инструментов.
• Понимание performance-м marketing и рекламных креативов.
• Умение самостоятельно доводить задачу от идеи до финального результата.
• Внимательность к деталям и готовность работать в условиях экспериментов.
• Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и опыт удаленной работы.
• Желательно: опыт с подписочными мобильными приложениями и веб‑продуктами, умение анализировать метрики CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, CVR.

Aufgaben

• Создавать рекламные видео для Meta, TikTok и других каналов привлечения трафика.
• Разрабатывать креативные концепты, визуальные крючки и сценарии для рекламы.
• Генерировать и тестировать варианты креативов для A/B‑тестирования.
• Использовать AI‑инструменты для создания и ускорения контента.
• Анализировать успешные креативы конкурентов и рыночные тренды.
• Сотрудничать с командой User Acquisition для поиска новых подходов к рекламе.
• Поддерживать структурированные рабочие файлы и соблюдать сроки.

Задачи

• Create advertising videos for Meta, TikTok, and other traffic acquisition channels;
• Develop creative concepts, visual hooks, and advertising scripts;
• Generate and test creative variations for A/B testing;
• Use AI tools to create and accelerate content production;
• Analyze successful competitor creatives and market trends;
• Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to find new advertising approaches;
• Maintain organized working files and meet deadlines.

Требования

• At least 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer;
• Experience creating advertising videos for mobile applications, web products, or SaaS;
• Confident use of modern AI tools;
• Understanding of performance marketing and advertising creatives;
• Ability to independently take a task from idea to final result;
• Attention to detail and readiness to work in an environment of constant experiments and tests;
• Good communication skills and remote work experience;
• Nice to have: experience with subscription-based mobile applications and web products, experience with advertising and competitor analysis services such as Meta Ads Library, Sensor Tower, AppMagic, SimilarWeb, and AdHeart, understanding of key marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, and CVR, experience with User Acquisition or Growth teams, basic graphic design skills in Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator, portfolio with performance-oriented advertising creatives.
