Responsibilities

• Управление монтажом от идеи до итогового кадра: сторибординг, создание ассетов, анимация, экспорт.
• Разработка статичных дизайнов и макетов для маркетинга в соответствии с бренд-руководством.
• Адаптация контента для рынка DACH и поддержка единого стиля бренда.
• Сотрудничество с международными командами маркетинга, медиа и дизайна.

Create animated video concepts and motion graphics, including titles, lower thirds, and calls to action Manage video editing from initial concept to final cut, including storyboarding, asset creation, animation, export, and adaptation to different formats Create static graphic designs and layouts for marketing materials, following brand guidelines Adapt global marketing and video content for the DACH market and maintain a consistent brand voice Collaborate with international marketing, media, and design teams to support workflows and execute campaigns

Solid experience as a motion and graphic designer A strong portfolio featuring animation, video editing, and graphic design work Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop Strong visual sense for aesthetics, design, and typography; ability to follow brand guidelines precisely Initiative and ability to manage projects independently from start to finish Excellent communication skills, openness to feedback, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Structured working style, including organized archiving of video materials and design assets German proficiency at C1–C2 and fluent English
