Zusammenfassung

RenoFi is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring for Senior Loan Officer candidates. You will partner with Sales leadership to align priorities and resourcing for a fast-growing, fully distributed team in Germany.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, coach them on hiring best practices, own the job posting process, and manage the talent pipeline using data. Weekly updates to stakeholders will keep everyone informed as the team scales.
