Telemonitoring is a digital medical treatment concept that provides heart failure patients with greater safety and better protection of their heart health. Health insurance companies cover the costs for patients with heart failure in stage NYHA II or III.

Telemonitoring: Why is it good for me?

With telemonitoring, your cardiac health is monitored by your cardiology practice using the patient app SaniQ HEARTremotely monitored. You benefit from this in several ways.

Your daily measured vital signs provide a deep insight into the progression of your illness - and data-based optimisation of therapy.

Telemonitoring with SaniQ - How does it work?

Telemonitoring with SaniQ HERZ is child's play: you measure your values every day and the technology takes care of the rest.

SaniQ HERZ works in combination with 3 measuring devices, the SaniQ patient app and the "SaniQ Praxis" software for doctors.

• Guided by the patient app, you take a measurement once a day with each of the 3 measuring devices (blood pressure, weight, ECG).
• The values are automatically transferred to the SaniQ patient app and the practice software.
• If one of the values is outside the normal range, your cardiologist will be informed immediately. Your cardiologist can then initiate therapeutic countermeasures.

Finally, you will receive the access data for the patient app from your doctor as well as our device set for measuring your vital signs - and you are ready to go!
