Job Description:

The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.

The Monetisation Strategy & Operations (MSO) Manager will join the Sales Operations Team within the high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team. This role requires flexibility and the ability to wear multiple hats while working closely with cross-functional teams and prioritizing team needs. The focus is on operations related to revenue enablement for TikTok's business. Additionally, the role involves working with cross-functional teams to identify trends and proactively improve processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and implement regional projects, identify areas for improvement, and drive change to generate impact.
  • Create dashboards and insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales metrics, behaviors, and recommend best practices.
  • Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, and customers, deriving actionable recommendations.
  • Partner closely with DACH senior and mid-management and collaborate across teams to reflect their points of view.
  • Create and manage policies related to sales bonuses, sales competitions, client assignments, and conflict management.
  • Build expertise on TikTok sales tools to guide system usage, provide sales training, and remove blockers.
  • Enable commercial deals with appropriate partners, establish deal terms, and track utilization, including managing pricing strategies and discounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in top-tier consulting or a high-growth company with digital business models, media, or digital advertising experience.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills, capable of working with minimal supervision, and adaptable to change.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a cross-cultural environment; quick learner of new industries.
  • Structured thinker able to simplify complex problems and develop pragmatic solutions.
  • Ability to drive stakeholder decisions and moderate differing opinions.
  • Fluent in English and German, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with sales CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), order management systems (e.g., Operative, FatTail, Prisma), and ad platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook).
  • Experience in media, digital advertising, business intelligence, revenue strategy, or operations is advantageous.
