We are seeking a motivated Molding Technology Engineer to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will work closely with customers on new project development and provide technical support for existing projects. You will be the on-site expert for molding trials of modified plastics, helping to identify and solve molding defects, and offering practical recommendations on product design, mold design, processing and materials.

What You'll Do

• Partner with customers during early project discussions of new projects, providing guidance on material applications, gather client requirements.
• Participate in on-site mold trials, gather and analyze trial data, and prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Troubleshoot injection molding defects by adjusting processes or recommending improvements to part, mold design and material.
• Share key technical insights with internal development teams.
• Document best practices and develop molding guidelines, covering material properties, common defects, root causes, and solutions.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in injection molding processes. Familiar with injection molding machine process parameters and capable of performing basic machine setup and troubleshooting. Knowledge of molding defects, molds, part design, injection simulation, material recipe, and plastic materials is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Materials, Mold Design, Material Processing, Simulation, Injection machine or a related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Fluent in English as a second language.
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer support.
