Injection Molding Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Injection Molding Engineer to strengthen our team in our Frankfurt office as soon as possible.

Location

Frankfurt, Germany

Responsibilities

• Preparation of samples and material pre‑drying for injection molding experiments
• Check the connected line (air, electricity, water) for injection molding experiments
• Execution of injection molding experiments for various materials (e.g., ABS, PO, EP)
• Processing of test requests in the laboratory
• Operation of the injection molding machine, data evaluation, and data backup
• Maintenance of the injection molding machine to ensure continuous operation
• Documentation of test results in German and English
• Participation in the optimization and improvement of laboratory workflows
• Participation in global, multidisciplinary project meetings

Experience Requirements / Competencies

• Successfully completed training as an injection molding assistant or in polymer processing (Ausbildung Kunststofftechnik or comparable)
• Preferable experience at an injection molding company or as a mold maker
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of the injection molding process and mold design
• Enjoyment of technology, commitment, and creativity
• Team‑oriented, communicative, and engaging personality with a high level of commitment, enthusiasm, and vision
• Good MS Office skills and written and spoken English and German
