What you bring:

• Experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles with a focus on immigration
• Understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in tech sector or rapidly growing companies is desirable
• Strong customer-facing skills and effective communication with diverse clients
• Remote work experience is a plus
• Fluent in English; Turkish fluency is mandatory
• German fluency is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance
• Ensure compliance of products/services with immigration laws
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and manage immigration services to improve revenue and satisfaction
• Prepare and process visa/work permit applications
• Stay updated with immigration law changes
• Manage escalations and guide stakeholders
• Offer tailored travel and immigration advice
• Use case management systems effectively
• Provide solution-oriented advice for complex cases
• Work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership
• Seek process improvements through automation

Remote Compensation Philosophy:

Fair, unbiased compensation with competitive benefits. Salary range: $24,650 - $27,700 USD, dependent on various factors.
