Your role will be as the Free2move ambassador within our dealership network, focusing on developing and optimizing our Rent agency network with a fleet of several hundred vehicles.

As an operations specialist at F2M, you'll have the opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of our SaaS business.

You will be responsible for improving business KPIs through training, coaching, operational advice, and guidance on managing car rental company activities.

Candidates should have a background in car rental operations and/or network management.

Specific Tasks and Main Duties:

The Mobility Manager supports their sales area within the German organization, focusing on:

• Acquisition of license partners
• Sale of VaaS (Vehicle as a Service) products
• Increasing Rent registrations per license partner
• Business consulting and economic analysis
• Industry-specific consulting
• Segment, vehicle, and capacity analysis
• Creating and monitoring action plans
• Local market development
• Training and instruction of employees on technical and IT topics
• Providing support and taking on tasks within competence teams

You will report to the Operations Team Leader of Free2move.
