Zusammenfassung

OneForma seeks participants in Germany for a user testing project on TikTok. This involves recording user experiences during the onboarding process and providing constructive feedback. Participants must be new TikTok users and fluent in German, with a fixed payout of $60 for around 2 hours of work.

Qualifikationen

• Must be located in Germany and speak German fluently.
• New TikTok users only, not registered previously.

Aufgaben

• Record video of phone screen while registering and using TikTok.
• Collect user feedback through a questionnaire.
• Take screenshots 1-2 days post-installation.

Jobbeschreibung

• You MUST be in Germany and you MUST be a German speaker.
• TikTok (NOT yet registered, NEW users only) , screen recorder in Mobile Phone. Anyone who has a TikTok account already is NOT eligible to participate in the project.

Rate : Fixed rate of $60 per participant to complete all tasks.

Workload : Around 2 hours or less.

Task summary :

• Video recording of phone screen for user experience (10min-40min), including new register onboarding process and the process of use (record the real experience of the user)
• Screenshot of push 1 to 2 days after installation
• 1 set of text responses from questionnaire

New users on TikTok will have to collect genuine, constructive and timely user experience and feedback during the project duration. The data collected will be used to enhance and optimize TikTok platform to further improve user experience.
