Zusammenfassung

OneForma is seeking participants based in Germany to provide real user experiences for TikTok. The tasks require recording the onboarding process on the mobile app and answering a survey. Each participant will receive a fixed compensation of $60, promising an engaging role with meaningful impact on user experience improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a German speaker.
• Must be a new TikTok user.
• Ability to provide user feedback.

Aufgaben

• Record video and experience of TikTok onboarding process.
• Take screenshots 1-2 days after installation.
• Complete a questionnaire.

Jobbeschreibung

• You MUST be in Germany and you MUST be a German speaker.
• TikTok (NOT yet registered, NEW users only) , screen recorder in Mobile Phone. Anyone who has a TikTok account already is NOT eligible to participate in the project.

Rate : Fixed rate of $60 per participant to complete all tasks.

Workload : Around 2 hours or less.

Task summary :

• Video recording of phone screen for user experience (10min-40min), including new register onboarding process and the process of use (record the real experience of the user)
• Screenshot of push 1 to 2 days after installation
• 1 set of text responses from questionnaire

New users on TikTok will have to collect genuine, constructive and timely user experience and feedback during the project duration. The data collected will be used to enhance and optimize TikTok platform to further improve user experience.
