Zusammenfassung

A leading company in user experience research is seeking participants in Germany to conduct user testing for TikTok. Participants will record their phone screens during the onboarding process and provide genuine feedback to improve the platform. Compensation is $60 for completing all tasks, which should take around 2 hours.

• Must be a German speaker.
• Must be a new TikTok user.

Jobbeschreibung

• You MUST be in Germany and you MUST be a German speaker.
• TikTok (NOT yet registered, NEW users only) , screen recorder in Mobile Phone. Anyone who has a TikTok account already is NOT eligible to participate in the project.

Rate : Fixed rate of $60 per participant to complete all tasks.

Workload : Around 2 hours or less.

Task summary :

• Video recording of phone screen for user experience (10min-40min), including new register onboarding process and the process of use (record the real experience of the user)
• Screenshot of push 1 to 2 days after installation
• 1 set of text responses from questionnaire

New users on TikTok will have to collect genuine, constructive and timely user experience and feedback during the project duration. The data collected will be used to enhance and optimize TikTok platform to further improve user experience.
