Tasks:

• Take responsibility for the success of our product
• Develop a scalable marketing & communication strategy to boost sales
• Set and achieve strategic goals related to digital advertising and marketing campaigns
• Ensure clarity across all marketing activities from conception to execution
• Manage customer activation & retention
• Expand our markets and target groups
• Measure campaign performance against goals (ROI, KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly
• Build and grow a team based on your success

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a CMO or similar role
• At least 4 years in a comparable environment, with app background & experience in performance marketing being a plus
• Knowledge of pricing, conversion optimization, and data analysis
• Experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
