Qualifikationen

Your Responsibilities

• Independent management and administration of properties
• Correspondence with owners, advisory boards, and external service providers
• Handling of damage and insurance cases, as well as property inspections
• Preparation and execution of WEG meetings
• Implementation of resolutions, invoice verification, and collaboration with our accounting department

Your Profile

• Experience in property management / WEG management
• Willingness to further educate to become a certified manager according to §26a WEG
• Friendly, competent, and professional demeanor
• Reliability, diligence, and discretion
• Driver's license class B
• Proficient in MS Office
