■ You will independently carry out repairs and maintenance of pumps and measuring devices as well as the installation of vacuum networks at our customers' premises.
■ You will provide support in the internal service workshop, represent the service department in technical projects, and liaise with interfaces.
■ You will independently prepare cost estimates, documentation, and test and customer service reports.
■ You will shine as an expert when conducting service training for our customers.
■ Responding to and processing customer inquiries and service tickets will also be part of your responsibilities.
