Job Description:

Join our job fair and take on the role of overseeing our output management processes, focusing on printing and mailing services. You will also help enhance the management and quality assurance of our digital communication channels such as customer portals, landing pages, wallets, and emails.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Operational management of print service providers and related processes
2. Quality control of outsourced services and SLA monitoring
3. Contributing to continuous process quality and efficiency improvements
4. Providing technical support to departments and assisting with error resolution
5. Managing changes during testing and release phases
6. Conducting supplier audits, including on-site inspections
7. Maintaining and developing work guidelines for external providers
8. Processing supplier invoices

Your Profile:

1. Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a commercial qualification, preferably with technical skills
2. Experience in output management is advantageous
3. Knowledge of workflow management and an affinity for modern technologies
4. Experience in process design and quality assurance methods is preferred
5. Proficiency in MS Office
6. Strong management skills
7. Excellent customer service and quality focus
