Position: Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) HR Innovation & Strategic Projects
Location: Wesel near Düsseldorf

Exciting responsibilities await you – In this role, you will lead various HR projects in areas such as engagement, HR innovation, and risk management, e.g., implementing a new employee survey tool. You will research market innovations and trends in HR, especially regarding employer attractiveness, engagement, and retention, and undertake other diverse activities:

• Developing and preparing project reports, presentations, and comprehensive concepts
• Driving and ensuring communication and organizational project execution between internal and external stakeholders
• Building and coordinating a global HR community, e.g., supporting onboarding of new colleagues, preparing training on current HR topics, and fostering internal HR knowledge management at ALTANA

What we expect from you – Your completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on human resources, complemented by professional experience in HR. You don't need to possess all specific skills, but high self-motivation and interest in this field are essential. Additionally, you bring:

• Experience in leading projects with various internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate and support HR tasks
• Strong analytical skills
