We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Employee (m/f/d) to join our team immediately, full- or part-time.
Tasks

Are you numerically inclined, organized, and eager to contribute your expertise in an inspiring environment? As a Finance and Accounting Employee, you will take on diverse tasks in accounting and support our finance team with your know-how. Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Accounts receivable & collections management
  • Accounts payable including invoice verification & electronic document capture
  • Dunning, payment processing, and reconciliation of open items
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of debtor and creditor accounts
  • Posting and monitoring provisions
  • Creation and maintenance of master data
  • Cash accounting & administrative tasks
  • Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and internal/external reporting
  • Supporting the department management with closing work and data analysis
Qualifications

For this position, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting (accounts receivable and/or payable)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and a high affinity for numbers
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Self-responsibility, careful and structured work approach
  • Team spirit and high reliability
