With nine clinics, two homes, around 1700 beds, and approximately 3200 employees, we are one of the largest hospital organizations in the region. We are committed to providing high-quality care in psychiatry, neurology, and geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze and resolve errors on client PCs and peripheral devices.
  2. Coordinate with external service providers for troubleshooting.
  3. Repair defective devices, including sourcing spare parts, warranty processing, and data recovery.
  4. Manage various software systems.
  5. Provide cross-location support.
  6. Assess needs, obtain quotes, install, and configure hardware and software, including Windows Deployment Services.
  7. Create reports and document activities within the software.
  8. Supervise and mentor interns.
Qualifications:
  • Completed training in the IT field or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of network, hardware, software, and security systems.
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure systems.
  • Logical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong team and communication skills.
  • Participation in on-call duties.
